(j) Final statement from the seller. The seller holds and transmits to the securities company a final statement from the seller for each self-storage facility including the property, in accordance with the terms of this contract, as provided by the Escrow agent, and in another way, in a form satisfactory to the seller. 9.2 Real Estate Commissions. The seller and the buyer insure and assure each other that neither party has authorized a broker or seller to act on behalf of that party in connection with the sale and purchase of that base, and neither the seller nor the buyer has dealt with a broker or seller who claims to be acting on behalf of another party.
